Language of choice

I wrote to HBOmax to advise your office that I have not been able to access the channel. I get a message on my tv screen advising me to download an update but cannot proceed from there. This has been going on forever 3 months. So I emailed your company to ask for tech support. I received an email response in Spanish. I do not speak Spanish nor do I understand it. How was my language predetermined? I then proceeded to email back to cancel my service and received another response in Spanish.

Won’t play on all my tvs

The app wi only work on 1 tv and the HBOMax only suggested swab Sing me emails to try and fix my problems. Im going back cancel membership.

Customer service is terrible

I called and spent almost an hour on the phone snd she could not resolve the issue. I purchased the hbomax promotion on the last day for $7.49 a month. I signed up created profiles snd watched it for several days. All of a sudden it stopped working and said I did not have a subscription. We couldnt figure out what happened. She sent a request to someone higher up to follow through. Thenall I get from your higher up is to contact apple. Wow!big help!

I need my money on my debit card

I don't know why I keep getting emails from you guys instead of my money back after you guys took it upon yourselves to charge me after I tried to cancel multiple times. To be honest the only reason I have this subscription is because is included in my phone plan

Hi, as I said last time I spoke with customer service about my HBO max suscription I dont understand the reason why I cant access to all my HBO max contents anymore like when I first started this suscription but still Im getting charge every month the same amount and till now nothing seemed to change

Let the company propose a solution

To cancel my hbo max

The app does not play the South Park videos. My only reason to get HBO max was for South Park. It will only play about 5 episodes will not play the more recent episodes, if it is lucky it will get past season 1 at best. I didn't pay for my one TV enjoyment to be so aggrevatingDont

Yearly plan

I got an email that stated you can save 40 bucks on the yearly ad free subscription. I was charged 149 minus the difference between my current plan. It should have been 110 with the discount. The offer ends on the 26th today and I signed up so I didnt miss out. Please let me know what I need to do to have this corrected. Thank you James McGill
