Could not get HBO to stream on my Samsung TV
Could not get HBO or PBS to stream on my TV. Other apps on worked. I tried, resetting my router, installing and uninstalling app, and still couldnt get it to work.

I need a refund
They is someone using my hbo name u guys keep joining the money from my *** account am very angry about this therefore I need a refund as soon as possible. I will also make a complaint about you're best customer services. Y was I cheated so unfairly.

Cancel subscription
I wanted to cancel my subscription. The person I spoke to was very professional and handled my cancelation without any issues.

I was charged twice
I was charged twice this month for hbomax on February I would like to know how many times Ive been charged twice without noticing! This is ridiculous and would like my money back! I will be checking my statements to see how many times I was charged twice. Give me a call to discuss this matter, thank you!

Cannot access my HBO Max
Although I can't access HBO Max, the problem is not HBO but Dish. Since they were hacked on February 23rd nobody has been able to log into their Dish account. I simply can't log in to HBO Max because I'm required to log in through my TV provider and I can't do that part of it until they recover from their incident. I am a bit surprised that HBO Max can't restore my account as they acknowledge that I have a valid one.

Hbo max black screen
I resubscribed and I still can not watch hbo on my roku. Why do I need 100 words? Hbo does not work on my platform. I am not happy!
