Stop hbo max

I tried to call it did not work. HBO max works on my phone but not my Chromebook computer. I tried to sign in to HBo max it. It just sends me further down the screen.

Very disappointing with my service will never work on my phone

Very disappointing with my service that will work on my tv whoever is Ashley never talk to that representative did not resolve my problem I am very disappointing and then next month HBO max would want to charge me $9.99 For HBO Service that I cant even use on my TV or phone this service is horrible and I am very very very disappointed, very disappointed

HBOMAX tells me I don’t live in the USA. I do. I live in Arizona. After calling both, my ISP and HBOMAX. I still have no service.

I called my ISP Southwest Communications and they told me to call HBOMAX. I did, but like every other time I've talked to them, I never get any results. I talked to a Tech at HBOMAX, and he seemed to know what's going on. He told me that my IP address is telling him that I'm not in the USA. Then, like always, we get disconnected. This happens to me any time I have to talk with them. I get handed to another person who is very hard for me to understand because I'm not dealing with someone in the United States. My ISO techs were here a few days ago and replaced my router and modem.I will call them again.again.

User's recommendation: I dread calling HBOMAX again. I have through 5 different people at times and still no satisfaction. All I. An say is try to keep with the same person, but good luck with that!

I am subscribed. Iv been getting it. It stopped one day. Im still paying for it. Ive tried EVERYTHING. It wont start back up! HELP!

Extreme Difficulty of Signing into watch

Not only do I need a code, but need a password as well, and then have to choose my internet and my satellite tv company, but still cannot watch HBOMax. I called for help and the young man tried several ways to assist me but was unable to do so. I finally gave up because of the time it had already taken to accomplish this. I have watched HBO max on my computer but still I am unable to do so on the TV. Elizabeth Kinney

Refund my 14.99 now I cancelled my account in July by app and by phone and still charged on the 4th so called again on the 5th. REFUND ACCOUNT NOW PLEASE

I would like that 14.99 put back in my account NOW. I cancelled my account at the end of July by app. And but call to customer service. And was still charged again on the 4th of August. So I called again. Will you please refund my payment. For 14.99 I am on disiblilty and need that money....... NOW Thanks Chris McSwain

I created an account and attempted to sign in. The app does not allow me to sign in but only provides an access code I am supposed to put on my phone. After doing so on my phone the app still does not work on the television. The aggravation is not worth the trouble. I canceled after minutes and want a full refund.

I received a reply from HBO Max with news that my complaint had been resolved. This was great news for a lot of people, it effects more than just me. HBO Max and LG now resolved. Thanks Charles R Reed

Have questions about building

You're taking money out of the bank at the end of the month when I don't have any money I'm on disability it has to be taken out on the 3rd and if I get unlimited texting everything will I still have to pay the $14.95

Ive spend a couple of hours getting HBO max to work on my new Samsung smart 65 inch tv. It was a pain to get it to work. All I could get was a sign in code and nothing else. I called HBO max customer service and the lady treated me like im Stupid. After spending 20 years at ibm I feel like Im a pretty intelligent guy

To sign in is a nightmare. I hate it

Nightmare to sign in this service really sucks. Its really difficult to sign into abs gives me a code every time
