Wrong number. It was a medical alert phone number! The person who answered the phone was a little bit miffed.

The first experience of the two I had this evening was absolutely terrible the guy was a jerk his name was Chris the second person that I talked to was the lady named Tara and she was great!
I was trying to cancel a subscription and the first representative that I talked to was rude and very condescending. He absolutely should not be working in customer service. Nevertheless I did not give up I called back because I knew the young man was lying to me and not willing to help me but the young lady was she went above and beyond and it took less than a minute to do what he should have done the first time.
User's recommendation: Give reviews of customer service more often to get the bad apples out.
