Poor quality

My reception is poor and white blockage is happening to my screen only on Hbomaxand Ive only recently received a new modem so thats not an issueits happening so often Im-considering cancelling my serviceits most unfortunate and unpleasant to pay for such poor servicecould you please assist in said matterthank youneil

Can't get HBO max on TV, only through ipad

Problem fixed easily. Very nice young man helped me, and spoke with no accent, which is so unusual now a days! Thank you!

My credit card is being charged double

I suspended my account because my email was hacked and when I got it fixed I didn't know that my spouse had used one email address and when I started the subscription again I just used the other email never thought that I was going to be charged for the other ones because I never used it again after I paused my subscription. My spouse got everything fixed with customer service. I would like to be refunded my money back for the last 3 months

Im want to change my payment method but you guys make it so *** difficult through a third party system which is stupid as *** and your employees have no idea how to help me change my info just jump on helping me cancel my account so fix yalls ***

User's recommendation: I recommend choosing a card and not changing it cause you’ll spend a week trying to do so.

Refund

I have been trying to get a refund and cancel this service for months. And now AGAIN you are giving me the runaround. And charging me $1.00 to call you??? Anyone using HBO Max is being ripped off
