HBO Max has been taking money out of my account since July 2023 and I canceled it in June 2023. I want my money back because I just noticed and I have the bank statements to prove it. My cancellation date shows that I'm very upset.

I was being billed twice through my direct TV account by Max and the said that they could not tell for how long this was going on. They also said they would not issue a refund and that I had to take up the matter with direct T.V. There was NO WAY to cancel the service through the website went around and around in circles!!

Max has been down for three weeks and technical support is required. I called three weeks ago and issue not resolved.
I called Direct tv and they said max has been down for three weeks.
I need to speak to technical support to resolve the issue and to get max working again. Please call me or better yet have a representative reach me

Still can't log in it keeps kicking me out to the beginning of log in max icon. I have the game of thrones series that I would like b to continue watching.

The West Wing
Contract ended before I could finish series. It ended mid-episode. I wish the company would have given warning of the end date especially within the week that it ends.
User's recommendation: Give a warning when watching series that have a contract end date approaching, so customers know they must finish it by that end date/time. I would have watched more episodes had I known it was ending then.

I called and the customer service rep helped me get my account back up and running. For some reason it would not let me log in saying I had to many devices attached to my account even after deleting them. Once I called the rep fixed my issue and I am very satisfied.

If you're looking to get robbed, then go ahead and sign up with HBO Max.
Their customer support is incredibly poor.
HBOs security allowed four fraudulent accounts to charge my bank account, leading to stolen funds for five months. They lack duplicate payment source detection and enhanced authentication for payment, which allowed someone to take $442.80 from me across four fraudulent accounts over a five-month period.
I contacted HBO Max support, including both primary and advanced support, due to unusual charges on my account.
It took them an hour and a half just to ask for my credit card information.
I provided screenshots of the charges and asked Jason in "specialized support" to confirm the total amount taken. He ignored my question entirely, advised me to request a refund from my bank, and said he could only offer me a one-month refund while canceling the four accounts.
Thirty minutes later, another support agent, Steve, reviewed the case but did the exact same thing.
Now I'm left wondering if I can take legal action against HBO Max.

Pay for the service didn't get the service now I got to go to Google Play to find out what's going on but they took the money out my account and I still can't get access to Max
