Renewal of service want to pay monthly not yearly. How much is monthly

I want to renew for 9.99 per month. Web site only giving me option for 99.98 for the year. How do I subscribe for 9.99. Why dont u have human beings giving customers service. It would make life easier for the customer. Unless u want to loose customers. If u can renew my subscription for 9.99 please do so

Subscription issue

My husband, Steven Ferguson, paid $19.99 for an updated subscription to HBO in January 2024, but for some reason we are not able to sign in on the app. It tells us that we have to renew the subscription. I have reached out to HBO Max directly, and they're telling me that they do not see that payment. The payment was made on a Visa ending in 1572 or 1527.

They couldn't..had to direct me to amazon,. Amazon canceled my account which then allowed me to sign up again independent of Amazon and Xfinity.

Stolen debit card number

Your website has CONSTANT problems. My debit card was stolen, so my bank shut it down accordingly. I waited 10 days for a new one in the mail. Meanwhile, im trying to alert Max to my problem, but your website is horrendous. There's always something wrong with it. So I was unable to tell you that I had an issue with my card and was unable to pay until my new card was issued. Almost cancelled my subscription I was so angry. Get it together!!!

I'm trying to watch a certain documentary and I'm asked to go to Amazon and sign in blah, blah, blah. My experience with customer service didn't resolve the issue. I shouldn't have to have an issue.

Cancellation of subscription never processed on the HBO or Google side.

Cancelled subscription last year, only to find out it was never cancelled, and I have been charged ever since. I had removed app from TV and expect a refund. What else can I say, and that the ability to communicate this is unnecessarily difficult!

Bad service

NoI have to login every time I get back on my tv or any of my devices and its old!! Customer service was horrible. There used to be good movies and there arent anymore. Same stuff all the time and they arent good at that. I get better movies on all my other streaming programs, especially for the cost.
