Had no idea why dolby vision hasent been working. Took forever to find out theres different tiers of add free so that was fun.

Whatever ill pay up. So i go to change my subscription and it says i need to go through my old internet provider. I have not had their services in months. I cant do anything except watch a dolby vision movie in 1080 lol.

I find a phone number. That was suprising. The hold time was short that was VERY suprising. I manage to get a rep on the phone that let me make a new account with the same email.

He was very very helpful. Very knowledgeable. Very clear and one of the best customer service experiences ive ever had. Your interface is unclear unintuitive and very user unfriendly.

And now it costs more. But whatever its working.

User's recommendation: DON'T LIST DOLBY VISION THEN DISABLE IT WITHOUT TELLING US CLEARLY BEFORE THE MOBIE STARTS. I wasted so much time tryibg to diagnose a technical issue not knowing there 2 tiers of add free at all.
