The HBO Max app was glitched on every single show. I tried to watch it started within two minutes of time of play.

What I did was uninstall the app, then reinstall the app, and that seems to have fixed the issue. I am satisfied with the results and the very nice customer service woman I spoke to.

Terrible horrible customer service billing and access HBO Max

Double-billed three months in a row, started when they changed from HBO-whatever to MAX. Took two months of emailing to get refunded for the three double-billings.

THEN they continued to bill me once per month... but they cancelled my *** account! Another month of useless banter with customer service, still no resolution. Today I called and asked for a supervisor.

Problem appears to be solved.

Based on this experience, DO NOT waste time with customer support e-mails or speaking to the lower level agents. Ask for specialized Suport Team.

The customer service reps were very helpful and patient. It took a couple of days before I could get MAX on my TV.
