the problem wasn't actually solved. The lady from costumer service had a lot of goodwill.
The costumer service is very poor because it's very hard to talk with someone and in Romania it's almost imposible to talk to someone from HBO Romania service and the HELP CENTER it's no use at all. I'm still pissed
