I got HBO max yesterday and I got the plan with Ads for $9.99/mo and then today I wanted download some videos to watch on-the-go So I switch the plan to ad-free $14.99/mon and then they charged me twice. How should I get my money $9.99/m because I don’t used anymore, Because my current plan is $14.99.
or why? they didn't charge me the difference, instead of charging me twice.
