Nobody answered; it went to voicemail. This makes no sense: terrible customer service, waste of my time and money.

So I was talking to someone. She told me that she was just gonna go to the email and that I could just send her a screenshot.
She didn't even communicate that she was going to drop the call and hang up on me. She sends me an email. I already told her how I was talking to someone with email? And I didn't get anywhere, so now here I am dealing with somebody again, where they're going to the emails.
I can push this through with investigation. This has just been horrible again. I have somebody using my account using the extra account. I've canceled; still no help.
My card is out there being used.
I still haven't been helped. It's getting a little ridiculous.

User's recommendation: Maybe not to use h b o. Their customer service is really ridiculous. If you have a problem and someone is stealing something you have to prove it and even when you're trying to prove it they want you to go through hoops. The fact that they wouldn't even pause The Other account.That's in question why they're even concerned with this matter. The fact that they won't even reach out to that other email , that's in question that i'm talking about. They cannot pause someone's service.Because then if someone has a problem, they're gonna reach out.And then we can find out who's using the other account with my card. I will have charges for I don't know how long this has been going on.

Nothing. They hung up on me.
The last thing they said was, 'I can change your new email,' which they didn't, etc. They didn't send me the directions to my new account; they said they'd update me. Sending directions to the new email account was also not sent, as they said they would. I have a person logging into my account that I have asked to log out in person.
He did not indeed.
I need help to get this unwanted Dean Hubbard off from my access to my HBO Max account. ASAP!

Very patient and very courteous! It was actually Dish Networks problem...I couldn't get on their internet site! 2 days i was on the phone with them...they couldn't understand my problem and I even talked with a supervisor and they said to talk to u guys!!! your repersative got me to Dish Networks site!!!

Not much is happening to resolve this problem I've had for 2 weeks that I'm still paying for. You told me you were going to call me today at 9 am.
No call.
Also, this is the 3rd time in three days I've had to do the same survey. Annoying because it does not feel like anyone can fix this...any experienced techs!

I've already signed up & received my subscription, I sit back to wacth shows & get long buffering, then a page telling me to sign in. I'm sick & Tired of "Signing In" Especially to a service I was ALREADY SIGNED INTO.
I didnt have to resign in to my other subscriptions such as Howdy or Prime Video. Iwas able to still access HBO on my smartphone, without being asked to "Sign in" but the real kicker was, these *** Bastards want me to pay FIVE DOLLARS TO TALK TO A TECH!!!

You are charging more and not giving more. Your balance sheet is fat, and your CEO compensation is ridiculous.
When Americans are hurting, you decide it's a good time to charge them more for no other reason than to add to your P&L.
My response was to simply cancel the service! I hope others will follow.

Preferred solution: Stop raising the fees to allow the C-Suite to keep their obscene salaries and not offering anything of value to the consumer for those increases. Your focus is on your stockholders and not the consumer. This consumer walked away!
