Agent Hungup on mE

Agent hungup on me, when I asked why I wasnt able to access my service. I have spoken with Xfinity to HBO Max removed from my account. It's sad that one ignorant agent caused you all to loose my business and the business of those I am eager to communicate this unpleasant experience too. The last Rep I spoke to stated she didnt even see notes left by the rude Male Agent. He should be FIRED by the way he treated me.

Your Agent Disconnected Call on Me and wasnt helpful AT ALL

I reached Agent who sounded irritated with my questions. He placed me on hold and disconnected call. I will NEVER use your SERVICES AGAIN

I just bought the app and it is coming coming up the screen buffers then screen jump back to the Home Screen

I want to cancel my USA subscription because I am living in Malta for a year and cannot access it

Contacting the company from outside of their service area, even if you are an America customer is extremely frustrating and time consuming. I don't even know if my request to cancel my subscription because I cannot get their service in the country I am living in has been honored.

I have left the USA for a year's sabbatical in Malta. I just arrived on January 7,2022 (yesterday), and found out that there is no HBO Max service in Malta.Therefore, I would like to cancel my current subscription. I subscribe again when I return home in 2023. Being in Malta now, I am completely unable to retrieve my account information online, even when HBO provides me a verification code. No matter what I do, i get the same automated message saying there is no service in my location. I have been a subscriber ad paying $14.99/mo since my free trial ended in October 2020. Thank you for your help.

Denied access

I can't get this app to work on anything, I've tried with my iPhone, Xfinity Flex, PlayStation and laptop. Been paying $15/month for absolutely nothing. Terrible customer service, I can't seem to find a real person to talk to. Feels exactly like a scam, because it is a scam. Don't waste your time or money trying to get this garbage to work, don't subscribe. I'm clearly not the only person with these issues, just read the other reviews. HBO should be held accountable for this.

I was not upset with HBO Max, but with Apple. They charged me twice in one month for HBO Max. The HBO Max representative who I spoke to was very helpful and nice.

Still getting charged after cancellation

Back on November 5 I had canceled my subscription to HBO plus I have been charged twice since Ive canceled it to my PayPal account I do have confirmation on that if you need that to confirm thank you thefoxx65@***.com

Never mind I can't get a hold of anyone

Not a thing the Representative Nick seemed lost. It was useless on trying to subscribe he basically signed me out and said try again.

Cant get a hold of anyone to subscribe and try to think of something to say with 100 letters like very disappointed in this service or does anyone work at HBO?
