Agent Hungup on mE

Agent hungup on me, when I asked why I wasnt able to access my service. I have spoken with Xfinity to HBO Max removed from my account. It's sad that one ignorant agent caused you all to loose my business and the business of those I am eager to communicate this unpleasant experience too. The last Rep I spoke to stated she didnt even see notes left by the rude Male Agent. He should be FIRED by the way he treated me.

Your Agent Disconnected Call on Me and wasnt helpful AT ALL

I reached Agent who sounded irritated with my questions. He placed me on hold and disconnected call. I will NEVER use your SERVICES AGAIN

Denied access

I can't get this app to work on anything, I've tried with my iPhone, Xfinity Flex, PlayStation and laptop. Been paying $15/month for absolutely nothing. Terrible customer service, I can't seem to find a real person to talk to. Feels exactly like a scam, because it is a scam. Don't waste your time or money trying to get this garbage to work, don't subscribe. I'm clearly not the only person with these issues, just read the other reviews. HBO should be held accountable for this.

Roku and you need to get this issue solved you want to verify my email yet you send me something on my email very smart don't you think please fix your problem thanks pissed off potential customer

Never mind I can't get a hold of anyone

Not a thing the Representative Nick seemed lost. It was useless on trying to subscribe he basically signed me out and said try again.

Haven’t been able to get a hold of any one

Cant get a hold of anyone to subscribe and try to think of something to say with 100 letters like very disappointed in this service or does anyone work at HBO?

Additional charges

I paid for phone service through AT&T. and HBO max was included. Once I go to song in, now its not included.

Unsubscribe

I have asked you many times to unsubscribe me from your email list, but you continue to email me marketing messages anyway! For tho reason alone, I would never use HBO Max. Now, I am calling you again and have been on hold for a long time. You still send messages even after I speak to someone on the HBO Max line about you removing my email address from your advertising list. If you persist in sending me marketing emails, I will contact the better business bureau.

Rip Off

Recently while streaming HBO Max, the service dropped in the middle of a Movie that I was watching. This occurred on a new LG Smart TV. When I attempted to reopen HBO Max from the app, it was like I had never signed up. HBO had just processed my most recent payment, but it would not work. HBO support is less than useless, more or less expected me to completely re-enroll. I canceled the service and requested a refund. The crooks at HBO absolutely refused to give a refund. They don't give a damn if you get what you pay for, all they are about is the money, They don't give a damn about the customer

Hbomax will not login on none of my TV's but will log in on my telephone device

First off I am not a pissed consumer I was a concerned consumer what was going on not pissed so never get that *** Twisted again now you have a good day

Paid for subscription but it is unavailable in Canada

Paid for subscription. Learned subsequently that HBO max is not available in Canada. No way to cancel without logging in. Can't log in while I'm in Canada

hbomax sucks can't watch. Paid for hbomax not a good program can't watch half the movies on here notgood not good not good not good

Being charged for services I did not approve.

I have been carged for HBO Max so ce March 1. No one can give me any answers as to who is using my card. I cannot get ahold of anyone at HBO directly to dispute these charges. I just get re routed to pissed consumer. Why is going on? I want my money back.
