Rep was A plus on resolution to my issue. I had spent most of the day trying to access HBO on my device with no success.
Complaint- imax should notify consumers when charges are renewing. I disputed charge because I didn’t recognize your name on my bill. I had planned to cancel when my subscription expired anyway.
Explained above. An e- mail should be sent to consumers when subscription is about to expire.
Your company name changes frequently and I disputed the charge on my account thus creating undue aggravation & time consumption. Automatic renewal may save your company time but consumers should be made aware of when charges are about to place on their accounts.
Can’t login
Cant login. Keep getting spun around to the same screen and keep entering the same info, then back to the login screen again. Logging into the app and desktop works fine but not TV.

This is absolutely crazy I bought the service for $16.99. they keep telling me I don't have an account I don't have service Even though my bank account shows 16.99 was taken and l have been watching Max for the past 3 or 4 days so I have an account no doubt and I have one email address so it isn't like oh I put it on another email address I only have one email address I'm not getting any help at all and it's very frustrating

Keeps kicking me off certain programs.
Every time I viewed a series at the beginning the add layer then kicked me off. Played most movies but not a series.

Resolved: I'm confused I signed up through roku city don't no what to do next.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The customer service agent guided me through the process of getting my password and making sure I was able to log on and see my programs on HBO.
The Max representative was very professional and calmly guided me through the steps that I needed to do in order for me to sign in to Max.
Why I had to call in the first place is because I ordered the subscription through roku and after that I was lost.
- Good entertainment and value
- Confusing subscribing for service
Preferred solution: I would like Max and Roku management to smooth out the process between Roku and Max when subscribing for service for Max.

I called for the Black Friday bundle of MAX, Disney and HULU. I could complete the offer because my MAX subscription didnt end till 12/6.
I was told to call back after the 6th and they would honor the Black Friday offer.
When I called back they told me the black Friday offer was expired. I repeated my interaction with the last customer service rep, still they wouldnt honor the black Friday offer.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered.
I signed up for the Disney+ bundle which includes Hulu and Max and was able to sign into Disney and Hulu but not Max. I reset the password 3 times, no luck.
Turns out since I had previously had a Max account, it was using my old email even though when they sent the link to activate I used the new email. The agent instructed me to uninstall the app and reinstall, sent a reset link and it worked.

My laptop needs to be updated. I will have to buy a new equipment in order to enjoy Max. I was not expecting that but I guess I have to improve.

Unquthorized Charges
I was charged a fee that I did not authorized. This is a great inconvience on my income. People on a fixed income need to plan for such charges.
